Administration, Marketing, Construction, and Maintenance of the State's Specific Service (Logo) Signing Program

The buyer is seeking a contractor to administer, market, construct, and maintain the state's Specific Service (Logo) Signing Program. The contract will be for a 12-year term. The contractor will be responsible for managing the Logo Sign Program on interstates and controlled access roads, as well as the Agritourist and Tourist Oriented Directional Signing Program on conventional roads. The work includes marketing to businesses, installing and maintaining signs, and collecting fees. The contractor must replace all existing blue extruded panel signs within the first two years of the contract.

- Administer the Logo Sign Program for interstates and controlled access roads
- Market the Logo Sign Program to eligible businesses
- Construct and install new Logo signs
- Maintain existing Logo signs
- Replace all existing blue extruded panel specific service signs within first two years
- Administer the Agritourist and Tourist Oriented Directional Signing Program
- Conduct annual inspections of participating businesses
- Develop and maintain a program website
- Submit quarterly and annual reports to SCDOT
- Collect and remit fees to SCDOT
