• Develop and maintain online statewide data collection system
• Document extent 21st CCLC Programs meet federal, state, and local targets
• Support local grantees in data collection and interpretation
• Refine annual 21st CCLC grant competition process
• Collect and submit State Student Achievement Data for federal reporting
• Disseminate practice and research-oriented information to stakeholders
• Conduct longitudinal study on sustained participation outcomes
