The buyer seeks to establish a contract for temporary and freelance creative talent resources. This includes web design, advertising, web development, copywriting, content development, graphic design, multimedia design, video production and photography. The successful firm will partner with the buyer to provide qualified designers, web developers, copywriters, content strategists, photographers, etc. to support the buyer's brand. The firm will pair freelancers and temporary workers with applicable projects to aid in marketing and communication functions.
