The buyer seeks to contract with qualified firms to provide supervised and coached visitation services for non-custodial parents and their children. Services will be provided as ordered by the Rockland County Family Court for the Department of Social Services. Visits will occur within Rockland County at public places or children's homes. The contractor must provide multilingual staff, arrange visits, supervise interactions, and submit timely reports. This contract aims to support positive parent-child relationships while ensuring child safety.

• 11/21/2024 - Pre-proposal meeting
• 11/25/2024 - Deadline for questions
• 12/5/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Hold degree in social work, psychology, child development, counseling or related field
• Have 3+ years experience providing similar services
• Possess basic training in conflict resolution, safety protocols, trauma-informed care
• Have strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards

• Provide supervised and coached visitation services for non-custodial parents and children
• Arrange and conduct court-ordered visits within Rockland County
• Provide multilingual visitation supervisors (English, Spanish, Creole)
• Submit electronic visitation reports within two business days
• Coordinate with Department of Social Services caseworkers
• Attend monthly meetings with Department designee to review cases
• Provide transportation for children to/from visits if required
• Testify regarding visitation events if needed
• Comply with all court orders and Department directives
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
