The buyer is seeking proposals for a cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The system must provide comprehensive payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and recruiting functionality. The selected vendor will assist with implementation, provide training, and offer ongoing support. The system should be secure, user-friendly, and able to handle at least 200 employees.

• 11/7/2024 - Pre-proposal Conference Call
• 11/20/2024 - Deadline to submit questions
• 12/4/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 1/13/2025 - Interviews with evaluation panel
• 1/20/2025 - Recommendation/notification of award
• 3/1/2025 - Contract start date

• Firm or principals not debarred from providing services by any government agency
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as prime consultant
• Submit at least 3 different external client references for similar services

• Provide cloud-based payroll and human resources information system
• Assist with integration and implementation of HRIS system
• Provide end-user training on HRIS system
• Provide ongoing support for HRIS product
• Collect, manage, store, process, analyze, and report employee information
• Integrate payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and recruiting modules
• Ensure data security and confidentiality
• Provide employee and manager self-service portals
• Generate required payroll tax forms and reports
• Provide position control and budgeting capabilities
