- Experience reviewing energy improvement projects in qualifying building types
- Working understanding of CPACE Program in Massachusetts
- Demonstrated expertise of Massachusetts Energy Code
- Review CPACE project applications for completeness and compliance
- Verify energy models conform to project drawings and specifications
- Review itemized construction cost estimates to verify eligible costs
- Write project reports recommending approval, amendment, or rejection
- Provide training to potential project developers on CPACE Massachusetts specifics
- Generate regular reports on project pipeline and review activities
- Participate in pre-submission conversations and follow-up meetings with project proponents
- Verify energy efficiency and efficient electrification standards are met
- Verify Savings to Investment Ratio calculations are correct
- Maintain project records including reviewer notes and communications
