The agent will work closely with the Township Committee to ensure proper administration of affordable housing initiatives.

- Professional liability/malpractice insurance coverage
- Compliance with N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 et seq. (Laws Against Discrimination)
- Compliance with P.L. 1975, c.127 (Affirmative Action)
- Provide Administrative Agent services for Affordable Housing inventory
- Assist with Compliance and prepare Mid-Point Review and Annual Reports
- Design or review Township's Affordability Assistance Program
- Implement Extension of Controls Program for expiring units
- Design and implement Market to Affordable For Sale and Rental Programs
- Provide Housing Rehabilitation Case Management Services
- Manage Group Homes Program
- Implement Accessory Apartment Program
- Offer technical assistance as requested
- Design program operating manuals
