The buyer is seeking proposals for recovery supportive housing for men participating in Drug Court, Veterans Court, and Mental Health Court. The provider must offer 24/7 supervised housing, drug testing, progress reporting, employment services, transportation, and other wrap-around services. The goal is to support participants' recovery and reduce recidivism while they complete court-mandated treatment programs.

• Minimum 5 years experience providing similar services
• At least one Certified Peer Recovery Specialist on staff
• Capacity to serve at least 38 participants at all times
• 24/7 staff supervision of facility

• Provide recovery supportive housing for Drug Court, Veterans Court, and Mental Health Court participants
• Maintain 24/7 staff supervision of facility
• Perform on-site observed urine drug testing
• Submit weekly progress reports on participants
• Provide employment readiness curriculum and services
• Transport participants to/from jail, court, meetings, and treatment
• Maintain participant files for 5 years
• Notify court staff within 24 hours of participant issues
• Provide wrap-around services
• Serve at least 38 participants at all times
