Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive IT Managed Services. The vendor will be responsible for network monitoring, security, hardware and software maintenance, help desk support, and disaster recovery. Buyer requires 24/7 support, CJIS compliance, and experience with NC municipalities. The selected vendor will act as a virtual IT Director and single point of contact for all IT issues.

• Staff helpdesk 7x24x365 with company engineers

• Provide 24/7 monitoring and incident response services
• Manage anti-virus, anti-spam, and security patches
• Offer IT Director services including budget recommendations
• Provide managed server, network, and PC support
• Manage cloud backups and disaster recovery services
• Interface with application-specific vendors
• Deliver high-quality help desk support
• Ensure CJIS security compliance
• Implement advanced security solutions including EDR
• Migrate to privately hosted virtual desktop environment
