Buyer is seeking an innovative firm to develop an Administrative Facilities Master Plan. The plan will address current conditions, future demands, and resources for non-Site-based, Central Administrative personnel and programs. The selected consultant will conduct field investigations, analyze data, engage stakeholders, and provide creative solutions. The scope includes planning and conceptual effort only, with potential for future independent projects.

• Investigate current conditions of WCSD's facilities
• Assess future demands for non-Site-based, Central Administrative personnel and programs
• Evaluate existing and potential resources for administrative facilities
• Conduct field investigations and additional analysis

• Build upon existing data sets
• Develop an Administrative Facilities Master Plan for immediate implementation
