The buyer seeks a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for their Supervisory Control and Data (SCADA) System. The service includes instrumentation maintenance, upgrades, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs. The contractor must respond to emergency calls within 2 hours and implement software updates with proper testing. The contract is for an initial one-year term with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods.

• Engaged in SCADA system maintenance and repair for minimum 5 years within last 7 years
• Experience with Wonderware and VT Scada software viewed favorably
• Ability to design, CAD, certify, and build sites/cabinets/panels
• Good financial standing and not in any form of bankruptcy

• Provide instrumentation maintenance for SCADA system
• Perform service upgrades on SCADA equipment
• Calibrate SCADA instruments and components
• Troubleshoot and repair SCADA system issues
• Respond to emergency service calls within 2 hours
• Implement and test new software updates
• Design, CAD, certify, and build sites/cabinets/panels
• Provide quarterly calibration of instruments
• Perform general operation checks and monitoring
• Clean and maintain SCADA system components
