The buyer is seeking proposals for comprehensive insurance brokerage and consultation services for a two-year period with possible extensions. The selected broker will provide insurance marketing, placement, consulting, and reporting services. The scope includes identifying insurance programs, evaluating competitive solicitations, placing coverage, and providing risk management consulting. The broker will also prepare various reports and assist with policy development and claims evaluation.

• Identify insurance programs, products, and insurers to meet KPB's needs
• Prepare competitive bid specifications for insurance markets
• Evaluate and analyze results of competitive solicitations
• Place required insurance coverage with appropriate insurers
• Develop understanding of KPB's exposure areas and provide short/long-term solutions
• Provide consulting on risk-related issues in contracts and agreements
• Support development of Risk Management Policies
• Prepare insurance certificates and endorsements as requested
• Provide annual stewardship, actuarial, budget preparation, and financial reports
• Assist in periodic evaluation of claims handling and administration
