• Professional actuarial service firm providing valuations for post-employment benefit plans
• Minimum five years experience providing services to public agencies similar in size
• Principal or lead actuary must be Associate or Fellow of Society of Actuaries

• Prepare biennial OPEB valuation and required supplementary information
• Determine benefit obligations, ADEC, and funding status
• Perform actuarial gain/loss analysis and discount rate sensitivity analysis
• Provide separate annual GASB 75 accounting information reports
• Prepare amortization schedules for advanced funding
• Assist in implementing new GASB statements related to OPEB
• Make presentations to District staff and Board of Directors
• Respond to annual auditor's information requests
