Buyer seeks a marketing professional to continue implementing a Marketing Campaign for the Valley Flyer Passenger Rail Service. The campaign will utilize existing branding established since 2020. The project aims to promote additional passenger rail service on the CT River Line in Massachusetts. The marketing objective is to target residents of western Massachusetts traveling south and visitors to the Connecticut River Valley.

• 11/7/2024 - Evaluation of Submissions

• Successfully developed and have available all creative material approved by FRCOG for Valley Flyer Marketing Campaign
• Completed and signed all bid forms and replied to IFB on or before due date
• Financial capacity to purchase marketing materials/contracts on behalf of FRCOG and wait for reimbursement

• Continue existing overall marketing strategy and campaign
• Utilize established branding from 2020
• Hold regular meetings with FRCOG throughout the project
• Develop and have available all creative material for the Valley Flyer Marketing Campaign
• Execute marketing plan through June 2024
