Buyer is seeking bids for Enterprise VMware Software. The initial contract term is one year with four optional one-year renewals. Buyer requires Enterprise Level VMware vSphere 8 Foundation licenses. Supplier must be an authorized VMware reseller with enterprise level support. Bids must be submitted electronically through buyer's PlanetBids system.

• Provide evidence of enterprise level support with OEM as service provider
• Authorized to resell and provide level of partnership attained

• Supply Enterprise Level VMware vSphere 8 Foundation licenses
• Provide initial one-year term and optional renewal terms
• Ensure enterprise level support with OEM as service provider
• Maintain fixed pricing for initial one-year contract term
• Submit electronic bids through OCFA's PlanetBids system
