The consultant will provide technical expertise in areas such as water systems, wastewater disposal, and public bathing facilities. Services include plan review, inspections, and ongoing consultation to ensure compliance with public health regulations. The contract term is one year with options for two additional one-year renewals.

• Licensed in New York State
• Expertise in regulated public/non-public water, water main extensions, on-site wastewater disposal, realty subdivision, public bathing facilities
• Knowledgeable of New York State regulations and laws

• Assist in plan review and approval for public health project submissions
• Provide technical consultation work for the Department of Public Health
• Review regulated public/non-public water plans
• Review water main and sanitary sewer extension plans
• Review regulated on-site wastewater disposal plans
• Review realty subdivision plans
• Review public bathing facilities plans
• Provide final review and inspections of submitted plans and installations
• Meet weekly with Department staff to monitor progress on active submittals
• Serve as technical consultant on related issues, regulations and situations
