• Install and configure cloud VoIP system including number porting and equipment integration
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the VoIP system
• Implement and maintain an efficient helpdesk service
• Ensure no significant communication downtime during working hours
• Integrate with existing phone assets and software like Microsoft Teams
• Implement security measures and regulatory compliances (HIPAA, PCI, CCPA)
• Set up automated attendants and receptionist console
• Configure voicemail to email and electronic fax capabilities
