The buyer is seeking one or more hotel groups to provide short-term emergency placement of individuals and families. The contract period is from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026. Hotels must make rooms available for emergency placements and follow specified procedures for documentation and invoicing. The Department of Human Services will make the placements directly.
