Buyer seeks an operator to manage and maintain a new 58-acre sports complex. The facility includes ball diamonds, multi-purpose fields, and concession stands. Buyer aims to serve local youth recreation and attract regional tournaments. The operator will be responsible for all aspects of facility operations, including budgeting, programming, marketing, and maintenance. Buyer expects the facility to be fully operational by April 1, 2025.

• Previous experience managing and operating similar sized sport facilities
• Current working relationships with existing athletic organizations and associations

• Develop and implement a capital improvement plan
• Prepare and administer annual operating budget
• Create and execute marketing plan for events and sponsorships
• Hire and manage necessary staff
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Operate concessions
• Schedule and host tournaments and events
• Collaborate with local recreational leagues
• Provide recreational programming for youth and adults
• Submit regular financial and operational reports to the City
