The buyer is seeking proposals for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for approximately 640 employees. The buyer requires a professional consultant to administer confidential employee/family counseling and support services. The EAP should cover areas including well-being, relationships, workplace challenges, addictions, child and elder care, legal and financial guidance, nutrition, and physical health. The contract will be for two years with the possibility of three additional one-year renewals.

• Provide EAP solutions for stress, mental health, grief, relationships, workplace issues
• Offer up to six no-cost sessions per employee and family member annually
• Maintain 24/7 employee access to EAP services via phone and online
• Provide crisis intervention providers in Champaign County
• Author monthly employee communications and promotions
• Collaborate on employee communication plans and strategies
• Provide quarterly utilization reporting for all services
• Offer webinars and onsite training options
