The buyer seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to provide services related to planning, architecting, setup, and maintenance of core IT infrastructure. The candidate will configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, implement ITSM processes, and integrate with other systems. The position requires expertise in ServiceNow development, performance tuning, and IT Service Management processes.

• Five years experience in enterprise IT environment supporting applications at expert level
• Five years experience as ServiceNow architect, administrator, or similar role
• Five years experience designing incident, problem, change management modules in ServiceNow
• Two years configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform
• Two years managing user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions

• Architect, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform
• Define and manage data structures, tables, fields, and relationships
• Implement business rules, workflows, and UI policies
• Design and implement Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
• Create and manage service requests and offerings
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal applications
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Plan and execute platform upgrades
• Provide training to end-users and administrators
• Design and implement the ServiceNow CMDB
