The successful proposer(s) will provide emergency shelter, prevention, and case management services to eligible recipients. Funding is through Social Services for the Homeless. The contract period is from January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025, with possible renewal options. Services must be delivered within Ocean County.

- Provide emergency shelter - hotel/motel placements
- Deliver homelessness prevention services
- Conduct case management for eligible recipients
- Assist with rent/mortgage arrears and security deposits
- Help with utility arrears payments
- Utilize Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for tracking
- Maintain appropriate client files and confidentiality protocols
- Participate in program review meetings and planning efforts
- Collect, analyze, and report performance data
- Maintain working relationships with Ocean County System of Care partners
