• Degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in animal nutrition or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in animal nutrition sector
• Expertise in animal nutrition, feed formulation, and livestock management
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders throughout animal protein and meal value chain
• Strategic planning and program management skills
• Good presentation and communication skills

• Implement projects and activities in Vietnam's animal protein and meal sector
• Build relationships with key customers, industry representatives, and government bodies
• Promote preference for U.S. soy in animal feed applications
• Monitor market developments and access barriers for U.S. soy products
• Organize workshops, seminars, and roundtable discussions to advance USSEC's mission
• Facilitate trade servicing and networking activities with local stakeholders
• Coordinate participation in regional conferences and trade missions
• Respond to inquiries about U.S. Soy and local agricultural industry matters
• Assist with arrangements for U.S. delegations visiting Vietnam
• Provide regular reports and market analyses on Vietnam's animal protein sector
