• Respond completely to all sections of the RFP

• Provide ticket-writing hardware and software
• Offer tech support for parking enforcement equipment
• Process parking violation data
• Collect payments for parking tickets
• Interface with MA Registry of Motor Vehicles
• Issue and mail delinquent notices
• Provide online payment system
• Generate reports on ticket issuance and collections
• Train city personnel on system use
• Maintain and repair ticket-writing equipment
