The buyer is seeking to create a pool of qualified professional planning firms to provide review, preparation, and related services. Selected firms may be utilized by the buyer and other shared services entities for specific planning assignments. The contract period will be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027. Services required include general planning, review services, and assistance with eminent domain, farmland preservation, and Green Acres Act matters.
