• Documented/audited internal control environment
• Must have a business continuity plan

• Implement land record indexing and in-house scanning system
• Provide microfilming services for land records and maps
• Develop foreclosure property management registration system
• Implement cash management system
• Create subscription-based portal for document index and image access
• Provide dog registry system
• Convert historical archives data dating back to 1960
• Offer 24/7/365 support and software updates
• Provide training for staff on new systems
• Implement backup and restoration system
