Illinois Labor Relations Board

The buyer requires court reporting services for administrative hearings. The contract will run from execution through June 30, 2025. Services include in-person and remote reporting, transcript preparation, and flexible scheduling. The buyer will cover costs for the first two days of hearings and any Board-requested oral arguments.

• 10/15/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Certified Shorthand Reporters licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation

• Provide certified shorthand reporters for in-person and WebEx administrative hearings
• Deliver certified verbatim transcriptions within 14 days
• Attend hearings Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Provide court reporting services outside regular business hours and on weekends/holidays
• Verify reporter licensures within 3 business days upon request
• Use WebEx meeting links provided by Board staff for remote hearings
• Attend hearings at the Board's Chicago office when in-person
• Charge flat fee for daily in-person court reporting appearances
• Bill hourly for in-person and remote court reporting services
• Charge flat fee for late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
