The buyer seeks a Conflict of Interest software program to facilitate the collection, management, and reporting of conflicts of interest and external activities disclosures. The software must have various disclosure, review, case management, and system configuration features. The buyer requires a FedRAMP approved vendor capable of providing implementation services, training, and ongoing support. The initial contract is for one year with options to extend for up to four additional years.

• Must be FedRAMP approved
• Able to perform data migration from current vendor's system
• Provide unlimited data storage
• Support up to 5,000 users

• Provide Conflict of Interest / COI RiskManager software by Diligent Corporation
• Offer option to extend for up to four additional years
• Increase users by 5-10% each year during option periods
• Provide origin of manufacture and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)
• Register in System for Award Management (SAM)
• Provide implementation services and training
• Perform weekly backups of software services and client data
• Offer single sign-on capability
• Provide HR interface for weekly employee updates
• Offer standard support with 24/7 ticket submission system
