The strategist will be responsible for elevating the buyer's online presence across multiple brands. They will also assist with event promotion, website management, and in-house design projects.

• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools
• Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and CMS
• Experience with photography, including capturing and editing photos
• Adobe Creative Suite competency or proficiency

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategy for three brands
• Manage social media calendar and create engaging content
• Capture and edit photographs for digital and print platforms
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid media and SEO/SEM
• Lead email marketing campaigns with segmentation and A/B testing
• Maintain and update websites using CMS and CRM tools
• Analyze digital campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
• Collaborate on event promotion and day-of support
• Produce annual Guide to Downtown Norfolk
• Assist with in-house design projects and promotional materials
