Buyer is seeking grant program management services for a Community Development Block Grant- Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) award. The project focuses on housing improvements. The successful proposer will assist in managing and executing the project in compliance with all applicable requirements under the North Carolina CDBG-NR Program. Services include environmental review, citizen participation, fair housing compliance, and various other program management tasks.

• Conduct environmental review compliance and release of funds
• Ensure citizen participation compliance
• Implement fair housing compliance measures
• Manage equal employment and procurement compliance
• Oversee Section 3 and Section 504 compliance
• Complete Language Access Plan
• Develop Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan
• Establish complaints and grievance procedures for compliance plans
• Assist with financial reimbursements forms
• Manage official records for the CDBG-NR project
