The buyer is seeking proposals for specialty prevention services designed to prevent the reoccurrence of child abuse/neglect and youth entering or re-entering foster care. The services focus on families significantly affected by sexual abuse. The buyer requires evidence-based programs that can meet Family First Prevention Services Act standards. Services should incorporate clinical components as well as community and recreational supports for families.

• Provide clinical prevention services for families affected by sexual abuse
• Conduct standardized trauma screening for all family members
• Engage children in recreational or community support activities
• Coordinate service delivery with other involved agencies
• Develop discharge plans to link families to community supports
• Complete Family Assessment Service Plans in CONNECTIONS system
• Participate in Family Team Meetings and Service Plan Reviews
• Provide transportation for families to receive services and attend appointments
• Implement practice changes proposed by RED Action Team
• Conduct sex trafficking screenings for children in care
