Systems must support detection, classification, and localization programs. Buyer requires low-cost, autonomous sensors deployable from various platforms without recovery expectation. Systems should provide situational awareness in maritime conflicts and integrate with other unmanned systems.

  • Proven record of developing broadband hydrophones and ML/DCL software for UUVs, USVs, and buoys
  • References for similar systems operated successfully within the last 2 years
  • Conduct system tradeoffs studies for power over data interfaces and design
  • Perform processor selection, testing, and benchmarking
  • Optimize firmware to provide detection, classification, and localization (DCL)
  • Develop dashboard for customization of alerting and analysis of hydrophone data
  • Create Application Programming Interface for sensor fusion and analytics using ML and AI
  • Provide interface surface box with cellular modem connection for each system
  • Conduct data collection and ocean testing to demonstrate DCL performance
  • Deliver final design and performance report
  • Provide training on operation, software, maintenance, troubleshooting, and integration
  • Supply complete system, DCL software packages, and product documentation
