Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Belvoir

The buyer seeks a contractor to provide lighting support services for The United States Army Band's American Holiday Festival concert. The contractor will supply, install, and operate a theatrical lighting system for live performances and television broadcast at DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, DC. Services include providing lighting equipment, designers, technicians, and programming scene-based lighting cues. The contract has a base year with four option years.

• 12/2/2024 - Show Dates

• Provide and operate world-class performance lighting for American Holiday Festival concert
• Install, program, and operate theatrical lighting system for live performances and TV broadcast
• Supply lighting equipment including fixtures, consoles, dimmers, truss, and special effects
• Provide lighting designer, programmer, and technicians to operate system during shows
• Balance lighting for 6400 Kelvin key lighting and color balance for television broadcast
• Interface with scenic design to program RGB lighting for Christmas tree
• Supervise installation and strike of all lighting equipment
• Program scene-by-scene lighting cues reflecting tempo and mood of performance
• Operate lighting system during all performances and rehearsals
• Ensure proper power, cabling, and rigging to ESTA and OSHA standards
