The buyer is seeking qualified respondents to provide veterinary services for two fire investigation canines. Services include annual vaccinations, monthly preventative medications, annual examinations and tests, and emergency care as needed. The contract term is for two years. The selected vendor must maintain proper licensing and accreditation.

• Minimum 5 years experience providing canine veterinary work
• Licensed DVM with the State of Michigan
• Proof of Federal and State of Michigan licenses
• Proof of federal (USDA) accreditation
• Proof of controlled substance license (DEA License)
• Proof of veterinary office's AAHA accreditation

• Provide annual vaccinations for fire investigation canines
• Administer monthly heartworm and flea/tick medications
• Conduct annual physical examinations including fecal and dental checks
• Perform annual heartworm, CBC, urinalysis, and thyroid panel tests
• Provide emergency medical care as required
• Maintain up-to-date medical records for each animal
• Ensure care complies with local ordinances and state laws
• Provide invoices detailing services and animal identification
