• Conduct land use studies for Authority-owned properties outside the airfield
• Perform due diligence on properties including site surveys and environmental assessments
• Develop concepts for undeveloped land within the airfield perimeter
• Create conceptual site plans for multi-phase development of Airport-owned properties
• Provide preliminary design/engineering for roads, utilities, and water retention
• Prepare preliminary budget estimates for development of Airport-owned properties
• Identify funding sources, financing options, and incentives tools
• Analyze project feasibility based on proposed development concepts
• Develop models for Airport participation in development opportunities
• Support Authority staff in meetings with community and economic development partners
