The buyer is seeking professional groundwater consulting services for a three-year task-order contract. Services are primarily for the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill, in compliance with the Groundwater Detection Monitoring Program. The project may also include other buyer facilities as needed. Successful proposers will be invited to submit quotes on various projects as demands arise at the buyer's facilities.
