• Ability to provide SUD/MH treatment services meeting Ohio START Program requirements
• Meet state training and certification requirements, including Ohio MHAS certifications
• Collaborate with MCDJFS on Ohio START Family Peer Mentor hiring
• Demonstrate staff capacity to meet MCDJFS' needs
• Ability to bill Medicaid for allowable services

• Provide immediate SUD/MH Assessment within 4 days of referral
• Enroll participants in appropriate treatment within 3 days of assessment
• Provide weekly progress reports on treatment to Ohio START team
• Attend Family Team Meetings and additional meetings with Ohio START team
• Recruit and retain Family Peer Mentors with lived experience
• Conduct weekly home visits for first 30 days, then bi-weekly
• Support parents in achieving personal independence
• Link families to community resources
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for families
• Participate in case plan development and child safety assessments
