The selected proposer will engage in strategic planning consultation with buyer staff and stakeholders to create a DEI Action Plan and Affirmative Action Plan. Tasks include research, community engagement, facilitation, plan development, and presentation of final plans. • Develop DEI Action Plan with mission statement, framework, and strategic plan

• Perform research, surveys, and community engagement activities
• Facilitate meetings and gather information from stakeholders
• Develop draft plans and incorporate refinements
• Present final DEI Action Plan and Affirmative Action Plan
