ODOT Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Plan Development

The selected proposer will engage in strategic planning consultation with buyer staff and stakeholders to create a DEI Action Plan and Affirmative Action Plan. Tasks include research, community engagement, facilitation, plan development, and presentation of final plans. The buyer aims to align its goals and processes with ongoing equity commitments and state equity expectations.

- Knowledge and experience related to development of diversity, equity, and inclusion plans
- Area of technical expertise and support to project team
- Develop DEI Action Plan with mission statement, framework, and strategic plan
- Create Affirmative Action Plan with communication goals and implementation timeline
- Conduct strategic planning consultation with ODOT staff and stakeholders
- Perform research, surveys, and community engagement activities
- Facilitate meetings and gather information from stakeholders
- Develop draft plans and incorporate refinements
- Present final DEI Action Plan and Affirmative Action Plan
