- Manage uptime, reliability, functionality, and security of public-facing websites
- Provide 24/7 website monitoring and respond to outages within one hour
- Maintain production websites deployed to AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure

- Perform regular updates to frameworks and dependencies

- Conduct full audit of deployed architecture
