• Five years experience in performing requested services within last five years
• Currently responsible for managing and hosting at least three websites
• Five years experience in Umbraco backend and frontend support
• Established infrastructure for 24-hour website monitoring
• All proposed staff must be W-2 employees
• All employees performing services must be geographically located within United States

• Manage uptime, reliability, functionality, and security of public-facing websites
• Provide 24/7 website monitoring and respond to outages within one hour
• Maintain production websites deployed to AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure
• Implement responsive design, high availability, and resilient configurations
• Perform regular updates to frameworks and dependencies
• Provide support for established backup and recovery strategy
• Conduct full audit of deployed architecture
• Estimate effort to migrate components from AWS to Microsoft Azure
