• Manage network of Aruba switches, access points, and Fortinet firewalls
• Provide 24/7/365 help desk support
• Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Implement network security, backup, and disaster recovery measures
• Manage Microsoft 365 and provide cloud application security consulting
• Conduct server data backup and recovery with cloud retention
• Implement automated patch management for workstations, network equipment, and servers
• Maintain CJIS compliance and certification
• Provide onsite support during business hours and emergency support
• Document all assets and configurations
