• Demonstrated track record assisting Connecticut municipalities in drafting PoCD updates
• Extensive planning and redevelopment experience
• Experience in land use, transportation, market analysis, economic development
• Experience in parks, open space, infrastructure, and sustainability planning

• Review existing reports and plans
• Develop and implement public outreach plan
• Conduct demographic and spatial analyses
• Address climate change and sea level rise planning
• Develop actionable goals for short, mid, and long-term
• Create website dedicated to PoCD process
• Provide regular updates to Planning and Zoning Commission
• Prepare final PoCD document with all required components
• Deliver hard copies and digital versions of work products
• Complete project within specified timeline
