  • Provide renderings and phased development approach for each design option
  • Present design options and reports to Board of Mayor and Aldermen
  • Coordinate with city staff and prepare detailed meeting minutes
  • Incorporate Spring Hill Parks and Recreation Master Plan
  • Consider potential future land acquisition in design options
  • Develop phasing cost estimates with anticipated escalation
  • Analyze federal and state regulatory constraints specific to the property
