- Prepare Section 203 Navigation Channel Improvement Integrated Feasibility Study and Environmental Impact Statement
- Conduct geotechnical studies and reports
- Perform socioeconomic studies and reporting
- Develop environmental technical analysis and impact statement
- Create cost estimates and plan formulation
- Prepare Section 204(f) Assumption of Maintenance Report
- Develop Dredge Material Management Plan
- Submit Section 408 and Section 204(f) reports
