The buyer is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design and deliver mathematics professional learning and coaching for district and school-based staff. The focus is on increasing staff's conceptual understanding of mathematics to support students in acquiring foundational understanding. The project aims to equip district and school leaders with tools and strategies to build mathematical professional capacity. The initial term of agreement will be from September 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025, with possible extensions.

• Licensed and approved to do business in North Carolina
• Three years of experience in performing required duties preferred
• Demonstrated experience in performing similar projects

• Design and deliver mathematics professional learning for district and school-based staff
• Provide collaborative and individual planning sessions with teachers
• Offer ongoing personalized classroom support through model lessons and co-teaching
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative student data to determine areas of focus
• Facilitate extended learning opportunities for teachers to analyze student work
• Provide access to online resources demonstrating grade level key concepts
• Deliver professional development for instructional leaders to build mathematics leadership
