• Audit accounts and records for 12-month period ending September 30, 2024
• Conduct audit in accordance with US auditing standards and Government Auditing Standards
• Prepare Annual Financial Statements including Statements of Net Position and Cash Flows
• Complete Single Audit Report with Schedule of Expenditures and Federal Awards
• Submit audit report electronically to Federal Audit Clearinghouse
• Perform on-site audit visits with minimum of two visits lasting at least three days each
• Audit federal grant-funded programs including HUD, DOI, and Treasury grants
• Review internal control structure and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare Management Discussion and Analysis for GASB 34 requirements
• Evaluate Low Income Tax Credit projects participation
