• Basic understanding of Native Hawaiian history, traditions, values, and beliefs preferred
• Expertise with specific ArcGIS technologies and other mapping platforms
• Expertise in web development frameworks and languages
• Understanding of GIS concepts and best practices

• Conduct comprehensive assessment of current Kipuka GIS Database
• Update ArcGIS web application to latest recommended version
• Ensure website compatibility with updated ArcGIS web application
• Implement web accessibility compliance for static website
• Address internal server errors with proxy.ashx code
• Update API link between Kipuka Database and Papakilo Database
• Re-install prior customized features and content after update
• Propose strategic course of action for identified issues and needs
• Enhance functionality, user experience, and performance of application
• Reconfigure ArcGIS Server and PostgreSQL components if needed
