Buyer seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide managed information technology services. The services aim to enhance the reliability and security of buyer's systems, streamline operations, and provide excellent service for employees. Buyer requires IT help desk support, proactive management of IT systems, cloud management, cybersecurity services, and other related IT services. The contract term is expected to be one year with the possibility of two one-year renewals.

  • Five years of successful operations as an MSP
  • Sufficient resources to support CPA's staff of at least 80
  • Experience with providing managed IT services for CCAs or electric/municipal utilities
  • Provide at least three references, preferably from other CCAs or utilities
  • Provide IT help desk services for CPA staff
  • Manage and maintain hardware devices and software applications
  • Monitor and maintain CPA's cloud network infrastructure
  • Implement and manage data backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Provide application management services
  • Implement and manage security measures
  • Provide assistance with A/V equipment and physical security systems
  • Manage user accounts and Microsoft O365
  • Track and administer available updates for devices
  • Assist with cloud cost optimization
