• Prepare basic financial statements including government-wide and fund financial statements
• Express professional auditor's opinion on fair presentation of financial statements
• Perform tests to ensure compliance with Board of Commissioners policies
• Prepare non-major governmental fund statements and fiduciary fund statements
• Perform single audit in accordance with federal requirements
• Prepare Passenger Facility Charge Program compliance report
• Complete Michigan Form F-65 Annual Local Unit Fiscal Report
• Provide consulting services on accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Present audit findings to Board of County Commissioners
• Respond to inquiries from successor auditors
