Buyer seeks a skilled communications contractor to create visually appealing print and social media content. The contractor will manage social media and other communication platforms. All communications and designs must be bilingual. The project requires at least 20 hours per month for 4-5 months. Buyer aims to effectively communicate their message, promote events and services, and engage their target audience through high-quality communication.

• Create visually appealing print and social media content
• Manage social media and communication platforms
• Design bilingual flyers for events and services
• Create and disseminate email newsletters
• Generate reports on reach and event registrations
• Develop weekly content for Facebook and Instagram
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs
• Provide print-ready files and social media-optimized versions
• Meet with ELC staff to understand project objectives
• Offer up to three rounds of revisions for final designs
