Buyer seeks an independent contractor to provide sponsorship and event logistical support for concerts and events at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The contractor will assist with sponsorship program implementation, contract administration, activation oversight, and event management. Services include developing proposals, managing seasonal staff, running performance reports, and providing marketing support. The contract will be for a maximum of three years.

• Must be SBE certified by the City in relevant NAICS work codes
• Excellent event planning and management skills
• Strong customer service and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

• Provide contract administration services for sponsorship agreements
• Assist with sponsorship fulfillment and activation oversight
• Develop customized sponsorship proposals and valuations
• Manage recruitment and oversight of seasonal activation managers
• Provide corporate partner promotion and client management for Red Rocks Amphitheatre
• Run performance reports for contract deliverables
• Assist in preparation and distribution of exclusive sponsorship RFPs
• Develop sponsorship activations with partners and marketing
• Provide bi-weekly reports on work performed and sponsorship activities
• Manage recruitment and oversight of activation staff for city venues
